Hug everyone you meet, even if just in your mind. Everyone has struggles and needs compassion. Wrap the whole world in a body blanket of love and acceptance. A hug presses the message into another person, “You are not alone.” The beautiful thing about a hug is that as you’re giving one, you’re also getting one.
