i love smiling. i find it quite fun to smile at complete strangers in the grocery store. i am positive it makes the trip better for me, and fairly certain that others benefit as well:) smiling, for real!
Today I was driving down the street and I looked over to see this beautiful old lady with an amazing smile on her face enjoying the kiss of the sun on her face. It made me smile too. Smiles. Totally free and soooooo catchy. What a wonderful thing.

I always smile, people always comment on it. They say “why are you always so happy?”I say ” why not be?” smiling feels good. You never know whose day you could change for the better with just a smile.
I’ve incorporated holding smiles for 30 seconds into my exercise regime.
