Life is always moving and flowing like a river. Change comes in many forms; surprising surges of synchronicity, a torrent of transformation or a trickle. Accept it all. Trust it all. As the poet Rilke said, “May what I do flow from me like a river, no forcing and no holding back, the way it is with children.”
