SEED OF LETTING GO

When you truly let go of things you can’t control or choose not to control, a weight lifts. It’s like swinging in a hammock over crystal clear water. It may take a few days of anxiety relapses to get there like it takes time to relax on vacation. But when you replace “Oh no!” with “Oh well!” a weight lifts, its pure peace.

    So simple, yet right now in my life it  seems  impossible. One moment at a time though . I am letting go. 

  5. Warning: make quite certain you don’t give up too soon.  Take time to think of new approaches, allies to seek out. It feels good to let go, but it also promises no progress like no other decision: heavy price.  Make sure the relief, the peace, is worth the cost…

    hi, greg mercer of msn is right. It`s good to let go as long as your not giving up. I also think that the things we need to let go are those that is within our control such as anger, resentment, beliefs that are not helpful for us, etc. But never let go of ur dream. If u encounter big obstacle, u may climb it or make a leeway or fly over it. =)

    A friend taught me to say “whatever” and move on. It does take practice but after awhile you really do begin to let the anger, frustration, etc. go.
