tree reflection birds“It’s important to be heroic, ambitious, productive, efficient, creative, and progressive, but these qualities don’t necessarily nurture the soul. The soul has different concerns, of equal value: downtime for reflection, conversation, and reverie; beauty that is captivating and pleasuring; relatedness to the environs and to people; and any animal’s rhythm of rest and activity.” ~ Thomas Moore

I agree with this statement. I have been told that Facebook is a waste of time, but in the last three years since my husband’s passing, facebook friends more than relatives have been helpful in my way out of darkness. I have been inspired, motivated and learned much from the many posts that is on Facebook.   My soul craves for beauty  for quietness and as Thomas Moore states, downtime for reflections.  So, yes, thank you for your inspirations, Soulseeds. Thank you for not making me feel guilty about my downtime.
