Seeds sprout and wild flowers grow

Each needs the other

When people offer to make your life easier, accept it with grace.  This is an exercise in self-compassion as you allow yourself to be supported.  It is also an exercise in compassion for others.  Without your willingness to receive their compassion they would not have that opportunity to practice their own.
