Seed of Intention

February 1st, 2010

Kitchen tables are great places for stories, wisdom, laughter, and also kindness. Prepare your kitchen table for kindness by preparing your heart and mind with love. Make it your intention to affirm everyone around the table in at least one way.

Do something like: Ask someone about the highs and lows of their day. Thank the person who cooked.

Also an opportunity for children to be able to be published can be found at Kids Can Publish.
