    hmmm … i’m v. suspicious of this sentiment.This could be the hidden motivation for making other people feel worse so we can feel better.  Eg. at the social scale, the hidden satisfaction behind the acceptance and encouragement of torture, poverty, etc (as long as we’re not the victims) /partyPooper
