    Our self talk is generally much harder that that of others toward us, my grandmother used to say no  one needs enemies all you have to do to see your worst enemy is to look in the closest mirror. When we find ourselves been hyper critical of our self we need to step away and look through the eyes of the creator, we are masterfully made, wonderfully equipes, we are capable of genius, we are able to do more, be more and think more than any other creature. We are sentient, and with that comes the right to love ourselves. We tend to send our love out into the world without thought for our own need of approval. Every dawn we should rise to face the new day with a positive mantra for the ‘man in the mirror’.
